Independent Water Transmission System Saudi Arabia Proposed EOI for a 300-km Ras Mohaisen-Baha-Makkah

Independent Water Transmission System

In a significant move to enhance its water infrastructure, Saudi Arabia has invited expressions of interest (EOI) to develop the 300km Ras Mohaisen Baha Makkah Independent Water Transmission System. This project is a critical component of the Kingdom’s National Water Strategy (NWS 2030), which aims to reduce the water demand-supply gap and provide 90% of the national urban supply with desalinated water.
